How can i contact you?

There are a couple of ways to contact us. The quickest way to get in touch is by using the Live Chat feature in the bottom right corner of the screen. Just click on the icon and start chatting away to one of us.

If you don't want to use the Live Chat, head over to our Contact Us page and fill out the form. We'll get back to your email as soon as possible.

We will try to reply to these messages as soon as possible.

What condition are the items in?

All of our sealed products are sold in their original packaging that we source from our suppliers. We do not sell any sealed product with noticeable tears or damage and we ensure that we package sealed product well enough to not get damaged in transit.

Singles - All singles will be sleeved, secured in a re-sealable bag and shipped in a padded envelope. Cards worth over £50p will also be sent in a toploader/card saver.

Sealed Product & Accessories - Sealed product will be wrapped in bubble wrap and and shipped within either a padded envelope or a suitable sized cardboard box.

How do i check my order status?

If you have ordered using a tracked shipping service, you will be able to track your order by using the unique tracking number on the Royal Mail website here or directly under your Card Vault account. (To create a free account click here. )

If you have ordered without a tracked shipping method, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched and should receive your item/s within 1-2 working days (subject to Royal Mail delays).

How do i make changes to an existing order?

Unfortunately there's no way to do this on the website itself, however if you would like to make any adjustments to an existing order, please do get in contact with us and we'll help you make all the changes you need.

When will my item be dispatched?

Orders placed on working days before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day. Anything placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be sent out on the next working day.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel or amend any order before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund. However, if you need to cancel, amend or return your order after the time of dispatch, please refer to the sections below.

How do i return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We ensure that all our products are packaged suitably and efficiently to avoid any damages on transit. If you do receive an item that has been damaged in transit or wish to return an item for any other reason please contact us via email or live chat before shipping back the order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How will i receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can i exchange my item?

We will only exchange items if they arrive faulty, defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if there are any issues.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We also accept payments through popular digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

For added flexibility, we support Buy Now, Pay Later options like Clearpay and Klarna.
