What are your opening & closing times?
As The Card Vault: Gaming Centre is still new, we’re currently finalising our weekly schedule - including which days we’ll be open, our daily opening hours, and regular event times.
Please check back here or follow us on social media for updates as we confirm our full timetable soon.
How do i book tickets?
You can book tickets for any of our upcoming events directly through our website. Each event will appear as a dedicated product page with full details, pricing, and booking options.
Ways to find event listings:
- Event Collections - Browse the event types on our Gaming Centre landing page & find the event you want to attend.
- Monthly Events Calendar - Navigate through the dedicated events calendar located on our Gaming Centre landing page - Find the event you’re interested in attending and click its event card to go straight to the booking page.
- Social Media & Email Announcements - We’ll often promote upcoming events across our social channels and newsletters.
Booking an event:
- Simply click “Add to cart” or “Buy Ticket” on the event page, then check out as normal. Ticket prices vary depending on the event type - for example, Pokémon prerelease events are typically £20–£30 per ticket, which includes multiple entry packs and prize packs too.
Please note that most ticketed events are limited to 16 players, which matches our current seat capacity.
Free events:
- Some events, like our Grand Opening, are free to attend and do not require booking. You’ll find details for these on their respective event pages - simply come on down to The Card Vault and join in!
- For some free to attend events such as Trade Nights, booking a ticket may still be required to avoid overcrowding and long queues outside, as we only have a certain amount of capacity inside the Vault!
Tip: For a smoother checkout experience, we recommend signing up for a customer account before booking.
