We only price match retailers that are based in the United Kingdom and sell directly through their own website. Prices from non-UK retailers, overseas websites or international versions of retailers’ websites are not eligible.

How to Request a Price Match

1. Find a lower price: Find the identical product advertised for less on an authorised UK-based retailer’s website. Make sure the product matches the brand, product type, edition or version, language, condition, quantity and specifications.
2. Gather the details: Copy the URL (web link) of the competitor’s product page showing the lower price.
3. Contact us: Complete the form below with your contact information, the competitor’s product link and any other helpful information. This helps us verify the price and product details quickly.
4. Submit your request: Submit the completed form before making your purchase.

Our team will verify the retailer, product, advertised price and stock availability. If the request meets the conditions below, we will confirm the price match.

Terms and Conditions

• The competing retailer must be an authorised online retailer based in the United Kingdom and must sell the product directly through its own website.
• The product must be identical in brand, product type, edition or version, language, condition, quantity and specifications.
• The lower price must be available to the general public and must not require a loyalty or membership programme.
• The competitor must have the product in stock and ready for immediate shipment.
• Price match requests must be made before purchase. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
• We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s UK status, advertised price and product availability.

Exclusions

• Prices from non-UK retailers, overseas websites or international versions of retailers’ websites.
• Used or refurbished products, clearance or closeout sales and auction listings.
• Special promotions, including buy-one-get-one-free offers and bundled offers.
• Prices available only through membership clubs, loyalty programmes or subscription services.
• Products sold by unauthorised dealers or third-party marketplaces, including eBay, Amazon Marketplace and Cardmarket are excluded.
