Dragon Ball Super Card Game FAQs

What is the Dragon Ball Super Card Game?

Dragon Ball Super Card Game products are based on characters and battles from across the Dragon Ball franchise. There are currently two distinct games - Masters and Fusion World - so it is important to check which version a product belongs to before buying it for play.

What is the difference between DBS CG Masters and Fusion World?

Masters is the original game line, with a large card pool and layered mechanics. Fusion World is a separate, newer game with its own rules, products and digital version. They offer different play experiences and are treated as separate titles.

Can Masters and Fusion World cards be used together?

No. Dragon Ball Super Card Game Masters and Fusion World are not cross-compatible, so cards from one cannot be added to a deck for the other. Look for the Masters or Fusion World branding and the relevant set code on the product.

Which Dragon Ball Super product is best for a beginner?

Start with a pre-constructed deck for the version you intend to play. A Fusion World Starter Deck is a direct entry point to Fusion World, while Masters does have a few different deck types from Starter Decks to Ultimate Decks to get you started. Booster packs are best used after choosing a game and deck.

What Dragon Ball Super Card Game products do The Card Vault stock?

The Card Vault stocks Masters Booster Boxes and Anniversary Expansion Sets, alongside Fusion World Booster Boxes, Story and Manga Booster releases, Starter Deck EX products and Anniversary Sets.

Can I pre-order Dragon Ball Super Card Game products from The Card Vault?
