Hot on the heels of Origins, Riot has revealed Riftbound’s second set: Spiritforged. It keeps the momentum going with new champions, fresh decks, and a whole lot of steel-meets-style energy. If you’re collecting, brewing, or just curious what lands next, here’s the current state of play!
Spiritforged is the next expansion for Riftbound: League of Legends TCG. Riot describes it as a “dynamic” second set that brings 200+ new cards and introduces a slate of fan-favourite champions to the game, including Ezreal, Fiora, Irelia, Lucian, and Rumble. It will also launch with two new ready-to-play Champion Decks.
Riot’s announcement sets the release windows as:
China: December 2025
English release: February 2026
That’s straight from the official reveal. As always, local arrival depends on shipping and distribution, but the English release window is February. We will update this post the moment UK dates are announced!
Riot confirmed two new Champion Decks alongside boosters. These two decks have have been confirmed as Fiora and Rumble, each a 56-card pre-constructed deck designed to get you playing right away. Several listings also note a Spiritforged booster included with each deck. Current release dates point to February 2026 for English product.
Origins gave us a great first look at Riftbound’s domains and champion-led deckbuilding. Spiritforged expands that roster with champions that naturally push different styles:
Fiora rewards tight combat sequencing and board buffs.
Rumble leans into mecha-minion synergy and snowballing upgrades.
Those themes are highlighted in current for the Champion Decks and line up neatly with how these champions play in the wider League universe. We will dig into exact lists and signature cards once Riot starts previews.
