Description

And here’s the rest!

In November, we’re going all-out for the holiday season with Magnificent Maestros, the sequel to September’s Magnificent Monsters. And it’s got EVEN MORE stuff packed into it. We want everyone to celebrate the holiday season with a product that’s very, VERY good… even if the characters behind the cards sometimes act very, VERY bad….

You’ll get 18 more re-imagined cards based on characters from the TV series: Seto Kaiba, Zane Truesdale, Jack Atlas, Kite Tenjo, Yuto/Yugo/Yuri, and Varis. Sometimes they act like villains, sometimes like rivals, sometimes like allies, but no matter what they’re doing, they’re always Dueling maestros – the masters of their craft!

18 More Brand New ‘Reimagined’ Anime Cards!

Blue-Eyes White Dragon, the White Phantom Beast / Deep-Eyes White Dragon, the Blue Abyss / The Guiding Flute of Summoning Dragons, inspired by Kaiba’s cards from the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series!

Cyber End Dragon, the Final Strike Dragon / Cyber Dragon, the Luminous Mech Dragon / Future Fusion Nova, inspired by Zane’s cards from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX!

Crimson Dragon Quetzalcoatl / Red Nova Dragon - Burning Soul / Red Dragon Archfiend's Chains, inspired by cards from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s!

Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon - Photon Howling / Galaxy-Eyes Photon Change Dragon / Galaxy Defense Robot Orbital 7, inspired by Kite’s cards from Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL!

Starving Venom Fusion Dragon, Four Heavenly Dragons / Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, Four Heavenly Dragons / Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon, Four Heavenly Dragons, inspired by the cards of Yuri, Yugo, and Yuto from Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V!

Borreload Liberator Dragon / Rokket Barrage / Triple Borrel Launch, inspired by Varis’ cards from Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS!

21 New Cards for “Toon,” “Witchcrafter,” and “Unchained” Decks!

Here’s something you didn’t see in Magnificent Monsters – 21 additional new cards, for 3 themes, inserted 1 per pack (see pack format section, below).

For the gift-giving season, give whichever Deck is your favorite something new. Like more POWER!

(Yes, the Toon addition means that Magnificent Maestros includes Blue-Eyes Ultimate Toon Dragon in addition to Kaiba’s Blue-Eyes related cards mentioned above. It’s the Blue-Eyes gift you always wanted for Christmas but never knew it. Until now.)

That’s 39 new cards so far, but we’ve got more! There are also 10 additional new cards based off cards seen in the anime, including the very first “Dark Tuner” monsters from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s! Plus Chaos End Ruler - Master of the Beginning and End, which was seen – but never played! – on Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL, and Hyper Rank-Up-Magic Ultimate Force.

Extended Art Versions of 24 Cards This Time!

Magnificent Maestros has 6 more extended art cards than its predecessor. Like before, all 18 of the ‘reimagined’ anime cards have extended art versions, available in Ultra Rare or Starlight Rare. This is in addition to the standard, fully playable, Ultra Rare copies. These 18 extended art cards are all in the foil-wrapped packs (3 packs per box, just like before).

But this time, there are also 6 extended art versions of popular older cards to go with the “Toon,” “Witchcrafter,” and “Unchained” cards. These 6 extended art cards will also come as Ultra Rare or Starlight Rare. Also, instead of going in the foil-wrapped packs, these 6 extended art cards can only show up in the 3 cellophane-wrapped cards that you get with every box. (see pack chart, further down)

Serial-Numbered Grand Master Rare Cards are Back Again!

Grand Master Rare Cards are a dazzling rarity with extended art and hieroglyphic borders.

ONLY the 18 ‘reimagined’ cards mentioned above will have Grand Master Rare versions. (The 6 additional extended art cards do NOT have Grand Master Rare versions.)

Grand Master Rare Cards are serial-numbered from 001 through 100.

Each of the 18 ‘reimagined’ cards will get 100 Grand Master Rare Cards. That’s 1800 Grand Master Rare Cards printed, 100 for each of the 18 cards.

There will be 100 per card for the Americas (North/Central/South, combined), and another 100 per card for all markets distributed from Europe (Europe, Oceania, Africa, Middle East). The latter will have an “E” at the end of the serial number.

All Grand Master Rare Cards will be in English, but can be found in French/German/Italian/Portuguese/Spanish packs, as well as English packs.

With so few cards spread across the entire print run, Grand Master Rare Cards will be EXTREMELY rare. Be careful when opening your packs!

How It’s All Put Together

That’s a lot to take in, so let’s go over the charts.

The big difference this time is that the 6 new ‘boss monsters’ in Magnificent Monsters’ Pool 1 aren’t there anymore. Instead, we have 21 additional new cards to find a home for.

The 21 new “Toon,” “Witchcrafter,” and “Unchained” cards go into Pool D, replacing half of the old reprint pool that used to be there.

Pools A, B, C, and E are largely unchanged, although Pool A is only 18 cards this time, and Pool B is only new cards and ‘chibi’ variant art cards, with no additional non-‘chibi’ variant art.

In the numbered Secret Rare pools, the new Pool D is moving in, so they’re mostly Pool B and Pool D, spread between Pools 1, 2, and 3. Additionally, the 6 reprint extended art cards will appear in Pool 1.
