Grading Tiers & Details
All Submissions are dropped off at the CGC London Headquarters. We drop off submissions on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the Month.
Maximum Value: The market value of the card. Used to appropriately insure a card while it is at CGC’s facility.
Turnaround Time: The estimated number of working days to complete a submission once delivered to CGC.
Return Shipping: £4.95 per package.

Submitting Your Cards
- Place each card into a protective sleeve. Then place each sleeved card in a semi-rigid card holder.
- Pack your cards in a sturdy cardboard box and protect the cards with packing material such as bubble wrap, Styrofoam pellets or other shipping/packing material.
- Please place the cards in the order in which they appear on the submission.

Pokémon (1996 - Present): All standard-sized Pokémon TCG cards are eligible to be graded.
Magic: The Gathering (1993 - Present): All standard-sized Magic: The Gathering cards are eligible to be graded.
Yu-Gi-Oh! (2002 - Present): All standard-sized Yu-Gi-Oh! cards are eligible to be graded.
Akora (2022 - Present): All standard-sized Akora cards are eligible to be graded.
Digimon Card Game (2020 - Present): All standard-sized Digimon Card Game cards are eligible to be graded.
Dragon Ball Super (2017 - Present): All English and Italian standard-sized Dragon Ball Super cards are eligible to be graded.
Final Fantasy TCG (2016 - Present): All standard-sized Final Fantasy TCG cards are eligible to be graded.
Flesh and Blood (2019 - Present): All standard-sized Flesh and Blood cards are eligible to be graded.
MetaZoo (2021 - Present): All standard-sized MetaZoo cards are eligible to be graded.
Weiss Schwarz (2007 - Present): All standard-sized Weiss Schwarz cards are eligible to be graded.
We send all submitted trading cards to CGC once a month. The cut-off deadline to make the given months submission is the 2nd Friday of the month.
Cards must arrive at our PO Box by the 2nd Friday of the given month in order to qualify for the given months submission. Any submissions received past this date will process and submit them the following month.
Grading
We send all submitted trading cards to CGC once a month. Once the submission arrives at CGC, the Turnaround Times mentioned in the Grading Tiers & Details section above apply.
Please Note: Turnaround times reflect the estimated number of working days to complete a submission delivered to our facility today. Turnaround times are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed. Due to high submission volumes, there may be a delay in opening incoming packages.
CGC Trading Cards will assign sub-grades for Centering, Corners, Edges and Surface by request for an additional fee. The sub-grades will be determined based on the following criteria:
Centering: The registration of the card's primary front and back designs within the frame of the cardstock as intended by the original design.
Corners: The visual and structural integrity of the corners of the card.
Edges: The visual and structural integrity of the edges of the card.
Surface: The visual and structural integrity of the surface of the card.

A HD Scan is a High-Quality Image Scan of your CGC Graded Card, both front and back. This option is great if you are looking to sell your graded card or just want a good image of your new CGC Graded Card in all it's glory.
Payment
Once we have received your package, we will input your cards into the CGC Trading Cards Submission System. As soon as this has been done, we will send you an invoice for your order.
You can pay this invoice at any time up until we are ready to dispatch your return. We will still send your cards to CGC if we have not received your payment by the cut-off date.
